We are seeking a skilled Plumber 1 - Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our plumbing and heating systems.
Key Responsibilities- Clear blocked drains and perform routine maintenance on plumbing and heating systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed, including flushometers and other critical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in emergency situations, including snow and ice removal efforts, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Three years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures.
- Equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
