Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Hourly team member to join our team at True Food Kitchen. As a Key Hourly partner, you will play a vital role in assisting the management team with daily operating procedures, including staff support, guest interaction, and product quality. You will also provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead every shift with passion and drive to create an efficient, productive work environment
Run high-volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality, service, and presentation meet our standards
Ensure a safe production environment, cleanliness, organization, and maintenance to ensure a like-new restaurant
Perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in all EcoSure & Health inspections
Represent our culture when communicating with guests and respond to all guest complaints and/or inquiries within our standards
Oversee all FOH team members while running shifts to our standards
Provide feedback and direction to FOH team members during shift
Perform administrative, computer, and office tasks as needed on shift
Run inspirational, informative, and effective pre-shift line-ups

Requirements

Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to multi-task
High level of personal initiative, action, and results-oriented
1-2 years of restaurant supervisor experience, preferably as a supervisor in a high-volume restaurant
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, high level of personal integrity, strong interpersonal and motivational skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and instill cooperation in staff
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must have or be willing to get ServSafe Certification
Experience in Aloha preferred
