Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
  • Diagnose problems and repair issues in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances.
  • Ensure work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert maintenance to items that need repair.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, promoting a quality living experience.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required; college hours preferred.
  • 1 year of electrical, painting, drywall, and plumbing experience.
  • Availability for night/weekend call duty.
Work Environment

The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, and occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals. The ability to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
