Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Card Fraud Specialist to join our team at First National Bank Texas. As a Card Fraud Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving suspected fraudulent activity initiated via ATM and/or debit card transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze alert/fraud reports from various sources, including Pulse, Direct, MasterCard, and Fair Isaac, to determine required action.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts in question to identify possible fraudulent transactions.
  • Verify identity and questionable transactions with account holders.
  • Maintain and reissue ATM and/or debit cards as necessary.
  • Update Pulse Prism and Safe Reporting systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review incoming EFT credits within approval limits.
  • Review incoming car rentals to ensure compliance with bank policies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery.
