About the Role

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work under the guidance of a program supervisor to deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting sessions in various settings, such as homes, schools, or within the community
  • Teaching essential skills, such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence
  • Assisting in addressing challenging behaviors
  • Collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work in various settings, including schools and homes
  • Ability to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
