Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing, as well as providing basic health care services, including checking vital signs and administering medication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic health care services, including checking vital signs and administering medication
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Make transportation arrangements as needed
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good personal hygiene and ability to perform light housekeeping
