Salary

The compensation package for this esteemed role includes a salary range of $160,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, ensuring that top talent is rewarded and retained.

Job Description

As the High Voltage Estimating Director, you will oversee the electrical estimating department, ensuring effective management of estimating activities and resources for high voltage construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments, conducting project meetings, and developing protocols for estimating best practices.

You must possess strong leadership, communication skills, and extensive experience in construction estimating and project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven high-level construction estimating experience as well as leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proven management experience, a history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring others successfully.
  • Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess an understanding of contractual requirements, conceptual estimating, design drawings, and project specifications.
  • Familiar with the industry's leading estimating software.
  • Understand risk assessment analysis and have estimating abilities in multiple markets and geographic locations.
