Human Services Program Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Services Program Branch Manager to join our team at the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the functions of the Equity and Determinant of Health Branch, working closely with various agencies and stakeholders to identify and address the needs of individuals and communities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement equity-related goals and objectives
- Develop and manage policies and procedures for branch operations
- Lead and coordinate the work of staff within the branch
- Conduct hiring and interviewing activities, develop and implement training programs, and perform performance reviews
- Collaborate with multiple teams and agencies on equity-related initiatives
- Develop and implement innovative reporting processes to identify barriers to healthcare
- Represent the division and department in meetings, conferences, and webinars
- Two years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Ability to work with diverse groups and teams
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Master's degree in social work, health administration, or related field
- Administrative or business experience in human services or related field
