Responsibilities:

The Industrials Group of Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking highly motivated and successful candidates with investment banking experience for an Analyst position in New York. As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on small client teams with direct exposure to clients and senior bankers. You will play an essential role in developing and managing client relationships, taking an active part in developing, structuring, and executing advisory assignments and financial transactions for clients.

  • Coordinate various processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions
  • Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for meetings with clients
  • Perform research and various analyses in support of new business generation
  • Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings
  • Lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments
  • Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions
  • Interact with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and senior bankers
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Self-motivated individuals who display initiative, drive, and leadership
  • Excellent grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Educational Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier school, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0.

Compensation:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, taking into account relevant skills, experience, education, and other factors. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
