The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in accounting and tax management, hold a CPA certification, and have substantial experience working with high net worth individuals, small enterprises, and non-profit entities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute tax planning strategies tailored for our clientele.
  • Prepare and evaluate tax returns for high net worth individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
  • Mentor and supervise junior tax team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various levels on diverse client projects.
  • Conduct tax research and remain informed about evolving tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and training.
  • Engage with clients to resolve any tax-related inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain precise and organized tax records and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a supervisory role in taxation.
  • Experience with high net worth individuals, small businesses, S Corporations, C Corporations, and Partnerships.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
