Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and Sunrise Senior Living policies.
  • Resident Care: Provide resident care and support, including conducting Service and Health Updates, transcribing orders, and participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
  • Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, and promote a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
