- Enter radiology and lab orders as directed by physicians and in accordance with approved protocols.
- Room patients, ensuring all necessary documents are available, including diagnostic reports.
- Perform clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and administering basic first aid.
- Assist with patient examinations and treatments, operate medical equipment, and collect laboratory specimens.
- Administer medication and perform office procedures, including scanning, filing, and faxing.
- Act as a liaison between support services and clinical divisions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Clean and prepare exam, treatment, and medication rooms for daily activities.
- Obtain authorizations for tests, therapies, and other services as needed.
- BLS Certification from The American Heart Association
- Medical Assistant Certification or diploma from a recognized Clinical Medical Assistant program
- High School Diploma
