REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8 years in public accounting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in various accounting software applications.

  • CPA certification or a law degree is mandatory.

KEY DUTIES

  • Engage closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for both individuals and businesses in a timely manner.
  • Expertise in individual and business tax returns, particularly in flow-through entities.
  • Ensure complete satisfaction for clients and team members through transparent communication, managing timelines, and proactively sharing strategies for tax savings.
  • Collaborate with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client management, professional growth, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee and mentor associate and senior associate team members to manage responsibilities and meet deadlines on client projects.
  • Enhance skills to attract new clients and promote the company's services and products, facilitating business growth with existing clients.
  • Stay informed about legislative or professional changes and consult with clients regarding potential impacts.
  • Engage in client development through networking opportunities and represent the firm professionally within the business community.
  • Exhibit a continual commitment to the Firm's Culture and Values as well as Client Service Principles.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, intuitive skills, and resourcefulness that inspire others to develop similar competencies.
