Responsibilities:
  • Interact closely with clients and firm team members to deliver exceptional tax services.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Supervise and lead associate and senior associate team members to manage client engagements.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative and professional changes, and consult with clients on potential implications.
  • Participate in client development through networking events and represent the firm in the business community.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of various accounting software.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively with all internal team members and clients.
  • CPA designation or law degree required.
