About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at RangeWater Real Estate. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise maintenance team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of the 'Make Ready' process, from beginning to end, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the property.
  • Inspect work performed by other service team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards and code requirements.
  • Develop and implement cost-cutting and expense control programs to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in technology and industry standards to ensure our properties remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
  • Proven skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in property management software, including Entrata Yardi and/or One Site.
  • Current Valid Driver's License.
  • EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
