Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
    • 6+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, and HCCS
    • OSHA 30-hour certification
    • CPR and first aid certification
  • Working Conditions
    • Work from main office and field office(s) with visits to construction sites required
    • Occasional exposure to hazards typical to construction sites, including noise level, large equipment, chemicals, traffic, and harsh weather conditions
