Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at KaTom Restaurant Supply, Inc. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, installation, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
• Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project close-out documents.

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial food equipment industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply relevant Federal, State, County, and City codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of project management software, including Procore and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Associate degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration.
• Background in all aspects of construction project management, including contracts, AIA billing, scheduling, reading blueprints, submittals, and building codes.
• Experience working in the institutional construction field, including schools, hospitals, and government entities.
• Knowledge of the food service equipment industry and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
