Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central control for all install projects, from design to inception.
  • Ensure that products for installation have been ordered per design plans and customer specifications.
  • Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties.
  • Communicate with the customer and sales staff to ensure deadlines are clear and all expectations are met.
  • Troubleshoot any problems associated with all contracted projects.
  • Provide highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
  • Respond to inquiries about projects.
  • Attend customer meetings to review project needs, as required.
  • Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties.
  • Build relationships with internal/external customers and vendors.
  • Receive incoming calls and emails from architects, contractors, and customers.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of products to make recommendations and follow-up on customer requests for specific products.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to identify accessorial needs (such as transportation costs and delivery dates) in order to estimate cost correctly.
  • Ability to read Contract documents and identify specific steps required.
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance.
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and/or Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and translate it into specific requirements.
  • Knowledgeable with CRM software, preferred.
  • Advance computer skills (CRM and Microsoft Suite).
  • Knowledge of the food service equipment industry, preferred.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), time management, and organization skills with great attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as information regarding bid specifications, product information, etc. Proficiency in English language is required in order to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Other Qualifications: Willingness to perform any required task within the employee's capabilities in order to effectively meet the needs of the company. Ability to get along well with others.
