We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer requests are met and orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and perform regular inventory checks to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and ready for customer demand.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Math Skills: Have basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, make change, and process transactions accurately.
- Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
