**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading by example, and promoting a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure excellent care is provided to all residents
* Conduct thorough assessments, make rounds, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed
* Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and timely care
* Orient and welcome new residents and families
**Requirements**
* Current, unencumbered RN license in California
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots
* Current valid CPR certification
* Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred
* Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
