Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Zone Retailer Development Manager to join our team at Subaru. This role is responsible for strengthening our dealer body and championing individual retailer planning and brand presence in the markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recommend facility improvements to increase overall sales and enhance customers' experience and loyalty to individual retailers.
  • Manage Subaru facilities support program.
  • Work with district teams to improve financial results at loss and low profit/low return retailers.
  • Launch new retailers and ensure they understand Subaru programs, have a launch advertising plan, receive the right inventory mix and level to achieve targeted sales objectives.
  • Track district level progress against actions and upgrade or replace poor performing retailers.
  • Ensure Subaru brand compliance with retailers' facilities and signage.
  • Fill open points by identifying strong performers with good capital and facilities.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing retailer financial statements and records.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to an audience and effectively listen to others.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a respectful, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Outstanding customer focus skills, with a customer-first approach and positive/productive relationships.
  • Excellent ability to manage and adapt to change, with a flexible and creative approach.
  • Displays strong passion and drive, with a positive presence and commitment to the job.
Education and Experience

A 4-year college degree (BA, BS) and 8-10 years' experience in a related field are required.
