Position Overview


The Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is perfect for individuals eager to engage in collaborative teamwork within designated specialties.

Alongside a proficient MultiCare Clinic team, you will deliver exceptional outpatient care that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide both direct and indirect patient care tailored to your clinic specialty.
  • Assist physicians with patient management, procedures, and follow-up care.
  • Deliver and implement clinical services to patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds.
Qualifications

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
  • Prior experience as an LPN in an acute care environment within the last three years is preferred.
  • Experience in the designated specialty, or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire.
  • Completion of necessary competencies for the assigned specialty.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

In compliance with various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates in each position.

The pay scale is $40.50 USD.

However, compensation is influenced by specific applicant factors, including but not limited to:
skill set, experience level, and certifications and/or education.

If this position is associated with a union contract, compensation will align with the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
