We are seeking a qualified Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist to provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role involves a mix of clinical responsibilities and on-call duties, ensuring high-quality support for expectant mothers and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits and manage inpatient care.
- Provide 24-hour on-call support, with a rotation schedule.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret ultrasound scans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, sonographers, and counselors.
Work Schedule:
Typical hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a combination of clinic days and on-call shifts.
Patient Care:
Manage a patient load of approximately 10-14 patients per shift, with the expectation to read 24-30 scans. The demographic focus is primarily on patients aged 20-45 years.
Facility Information:
The facility is equipped with a NICU, inpatient beds, and dedicated surgical suites, providing a robust environment for maternal-fetal care.
Qualifications:
- Active medical license in the state of Washington.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
