Job Description

As a Pepsi Merchandiser in Kalispell, you'll play a vital role in showcasing our beverage products on store shelves and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to pre-arranged plans or your own creative ideas, approved by management.
  • Place price and descriptive signs on displays, fixtures, and merchandise to maximize visibility.
  • Transfer products from the stock room to floor displays, ensuring compliance with Sell By dates and minimizing stock room inventory.
  • Order products for assigned accounts, following established procedures to prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Develop display ideas or follow suggestions from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with key store personnel on service and product needs.
  • Construct or assemble display aids from company-provided Point of Sale materials.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must meet company driver qualifications.
Working Environment:

As a Pepsi Merchandiser in Kalispell, you'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.
