We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Development team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable ways to manage and capture key metrics within the user experience and across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with cross-functional partners to develop and implement scalable ways to manage and capture key metrics within the user experience and across the business.
* Own the implementation of new recommendation model and the user experience to support surfacing recommendations to users.
* Partner with business & engineering to identify opportunities for AI/ML and potential value unlock.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5+ years proven experience in digital product management and product delivery, preferably where you have owned the UX/UI of a web application or enterprise platform.
* Demonstrable expertise to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment.
* Qualitative research, and analytical and quantitative research skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up actions.
