Customer-Centric Leadership Opportunity

PacifiCorp is seeking a seasoned product manager to drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Agile product delivery, managing complex software development, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and requirements to meet business needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user problem statements, use cases, and functional requirements

• Apply Agile methodologies to manage product backlogs, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery

• Manage vendor relationships, oversee development milestones, and ensure transparency with stakeholders

• Conduct user testing, product demo sessions, and retrospectives to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and business objectives

• Promote a continuous improvement mindset, sharing lessons learned and best practices with the team

• Oversee budget development, coordinate budget activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Support creation and delivery of process and technology training for end users, including documentation and presentations

• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, successes, and lessons learned

• Work closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and business growth

• Coordinate license procurement and payments for supported applications

• Support regulatory activities, including writing testimony, responding to data requests, and providing content for regulatory processes

• May lead teams, train, and mentor junior staff

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 7 years of related professional experience, with demonstrated experience applying Agile practices to manage complex software development and implementation

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications


• Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

• Experience using and supporting electric utility data systems

• Experience developing and supporting applications within the Palantir Foundry platform

• Experience managing cross-functional product teams and projects with multiple stakeholders

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Manager/Product Owner certification

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
