Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Care Coordinator in the ICU. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating with healthcare teams, and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Medical Care Coordinator, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs
- Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhanced care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,300 - $118,000, depending on experience.
