About the RoleThis RN, MDS Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy conducting assessments, interviewing patients and families, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure accurate and timely completion of the MDS.
- Conducting Accurate Assessments: You will have the ability to conduct and document thorough assessments of patients to provide a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Interviewing Patients and Families: Your strong communication skills will enable you to interview patients and families to gather information and create an accurate picture of the patient's psychosocial and medical status.
- Coordination and Organization: As an RN, MDS Coordinator, you will coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the accurate and timely completion of the MDS, utilizing your organizational skills to meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
$64,200 - $84,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
