Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement trauma-informed care and education programs.
  • Conduct intakes and make referrals for additional services as needed, including individual therapy, group therapy, and case management.
  • Develop and lead in-services, trainings, and consultations for school staff on topics such as trauma-informed care, mental health, and crisis intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with school administrators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • Experience working with vulnerable and resilient populations, particularly children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
