Job Summary:

The Rooftop Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. This includes taking food and drink orders, serving dishes, and handling payments in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's menu and offerings, including specials and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Clear and reset tables as needed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Be familiar with the operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately processing transactions and managing cash handling duties.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or prior experience in a similar role.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers certification, as required by state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
