As a Hospitality Specialist with The Melting Pot, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Located in Miramar, FL, we are a dinner-only restaurant offering a unique and memorable experience for celebrations and special occasions.

We offer an estimated salary of $18-20 per hour based on the location and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, seating them at their own pace, and communicating with servers and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues promptly.
