Job Title: Associate Director, Government Accounts

Padagis is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Government Accounts, to lead our government sector strategy and manage relationships with government agencies and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of government regulations and a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive government sector strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage relationships with government agencies and customers, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and Defense Logistics Agency
  • Oversee the management of the company's Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and National Contracts
  • Partner with contracted third-party suppliers to federal, state, and military customers
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, including the Veterans Healthcare Act of 1992, Public Law
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least eight (8+) years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, or contract management
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply complex government regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management
  • Ability to comprehend complex legal documents
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen
  • Strong critical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales, marketing, or related experience in the federal government sector
  • Demonstrated a clear understanding of the government purchasing landscape and managing sales to the federal government
  • At least two (2+) years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry
