Position Overview

  • Act as the primary overseer and administrator for the Defense Contract Audit Agency Management Information System (DCAA DMIS).
  • Design and implement training programs for auditors and administrative personnel related to DMIS and associated information management systems.
  • Assess, analyze, and document new or updated information needs. Serve as the Records Liaison Officer (RLO) ensuring compliance with Department of Defense, federal regulations, and agency policies regarding file management and retention.
  • Provide management support by monitoring and tracking activities, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing responses to inquiries from headquarters.
Qualifications

Conditions of Employment:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen as verified through the E-Verify Program.
Specialized Experience:
To qualify, candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent. This experience should include independently managing an information management program, utilizing management information systems for data extraction, and demonstrating proficiency in MS Power BI and Excel.

Education:
There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level.
