- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and policies.
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited university.
- Licensed as an LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW or completion of all coursework and passing of LPC examinations.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
