We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Data Specialist to join our team at Joliet Junior College. As a key member of our Admissions Office, you will assist with various tasks related to student admissions, including data analysis, record maintenance, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with duplicate student applicant resolution process
  • Process and review student residency documentation and related correspondence
  • Test, troubleshoot, and evaluate software to ensure functionality
  • Generate reports, collect and compile data, and handle exception reporting
  • Scan documents, identify images, and assign indexes
  • Upload student ACT and SAT scores into the ERP system
  • Assist other enrollment center front-line areas as needed
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Technical skills with Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis in Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with document imaging and/or multiple ERP systems
  • English, Spanish, and/or other languages verbal and written communication proficiency
  • Demonstrated multicultural competence
Working Conditions

The Admissions Office operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Fridays from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for admissions events and special office hours during peak times.
