The Certified Personal Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering world-class training experiences to our clients, prioritizing their success, and executing tactics to acquire new and retain existing clients. You will work closely with our Personal Training Lead to plan, prioritize, and execute strategies to ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and retain personal training clients through exceptional service and results-driven training programs.
  • Schedule and deliver complimentary personal training sessions to existing VASA members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and implement personalized training programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Create a supportive and connected community for all clients, utilizing VASA's programs, tools, and resources to deliver meaningful check-ins, coaching, and encouragement.
