Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Fairmount Homes, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, reporting changes in condition, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy.
  • Report pertinent information and changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.
  • Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.
  • Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance.
Requirements:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Kind, respectful, patient, and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community.
  • Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care.
  • Support the mission, philosophy, and values of Fairmount Homes, Inc.
