Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Fairmount Homes. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.
  • Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.
  • Present residents with a clean and neat appearance.
Requirements:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to their needs.
  • Kind, respectful, patient, and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community.
  • Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care.
