Mobility Specialist

With a team of experts already certified in various fields, including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Yoga, Pilates, and more, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals.
As a Mobility Specialist, your role will involve delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, educating clients on stretching techniques and mobility, creating customized stretching experiences, and building StretchLab membership and retaining current clientele through sales, client care, and delivering best-in-class stretch experiences.
You'll also be responsible for maximizing client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow-up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to leads, ensuring safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques, enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules, cleaning and maintaining all equipment, attending staff meetings and required educational presentations, and assisting sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
Requirements include:
- A degree or certification in a relevant field, such as Athletic Training, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Pilates/Yoga Instruction, or Exercise Science/Kinesiology
- A background in hands-on training and client education
- Strong communication skills and ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for clients
- Must be team-oriented, coachable, and have a strong desire for growth
- Must be available to complete our Flexologist Training Program which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$24.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required.
Please note that availability is required for some evenings (until 7pm) and Saturdays.
