**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our team at the Community Health Center of Central Wyoming. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing top-notch patient care to residents of central Wyoming.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to gerontology. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnose and treat various conditions, and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Serve Diverse Patient Populations: Work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those defined by race, ethnicity, language, age, sex, sexual orientation, economic standing, and disabilities.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Supervise Medical Assistants: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with regulations and high standards of care.

**Requirements:**

  • Education and Experience: Must be a graduate of a recognized and accredited training program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician's Assistants. Licensure by the State and Drug Enforcement Administration is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

**Work Environment:**

  • Outpatient Clinic Setting: Work in a typical outpatient clinic environment, with occasional travel to locations outside the office.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
