Your Role:

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in improving the hearing abilities of our patients by providing expert clinical care to diagnose and manage hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will adhere to industry and state licensing standards and be responsible for the growth and maintenance of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and follow-up services, including hearing assessments and fittings.
  • Educate and train patients on best practices for hearing aid usage.
  • Conduct checks and repairs on hearing aids and other amplification devices.
  • Drive practice growth with a focus on sales and key performance metrics while upholding ethical standards.
  • Engage in local community outreach initiatives and foster relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid purchases and maintain knowledge of payment options in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to meet financial targets and support telehealth initiatives.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements and stay updated on audiometric equipment operation.
  • Communicate test results and treatment options clearly to patients.
  • Participate in leadership development programs and mentor future Hearing Care Professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License as per state regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hearing Aid sales or equivalent training under a licensed professional.
