Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a visible presence on the fitness floor and cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring a clean and organized environment in accordance with health guidelines.
  2. Act as a representative of Optimum, contributing to a positive atmosphere for fitness and recovery.
  3. Manage the modality room and assist clients in utilizing various wellness technologies.
  4. Guide clients through body analysis, technology integrations, and the development of tailored wellness programs.
  5. Support client onboarding processes, conduct monthly assessments, and provide consultations.
  6. Stay informed about the latest advancements in the health and wellness industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least one year of experience in training or hospitality, with verified references preferred.
  • Certification in personal training from a nationally recognized organization, such as:
    • ACSM
    • ISSA
    • NASM
    • NSCA
    • ACE (high-level specialized certifications only)
  • Strong comprehension of health and wellness concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively to a general audience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Client-focused with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule is essential.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or completion of at least 80 hours in a relevant field.
  • Additional certifications in complementary areas are advantageous.
