We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Grounds Maintenance Team. In this essential role, you will be tasked with upholding the beauty and cleanliness of our community's outdoor spaces, amenities, and building exteriors. If you possess a collaborative spirit and a strong work ethic, AVB could be the ideal workplace for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance flower beds, apply mulch, and manage weed control
  • Ensure cleanliness in office areas and community spaces by collecting trash on a daily basis
  • Keep parking lots and walkways tidy and safe for residents
  • Conduct snow removal and apply salt during winter conditions
  • Oversee pool upkeep and arrange outdoor furniture
  • Report any maintenance issues related to the property

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements:

This position requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions, involving activities such as walking, bending, and climbing.
