Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at Integrity Staffing Group Inc. in the Portage, IN area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a national company that offers excellent management, development, training, and competitive rates.

The successful candidate will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • 2+ years of construction, carpentry, or residential and commercial renovation experience
  • Hands-on carpentry, landscaping, flooring, window installation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical/mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
  • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background check, drug screen, references, etc.

As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including renovation, repair, and maintenance of residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
