- Establish a robust pipeline of top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations.
- Create and update comprehensive job descriptions that are appealing and compliant with legal standards.
- Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize diverse advertising methods for job postings, including online platforms, networking, and career fairs.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Facilitate the candidate selection process and extend offers upon management approval.
- Manage personnel records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Handle payroll administration.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all staff members.
- Act as a primary resource for employees and management on various HR issues.
- Address employee relations concerns.

- Perform additional HR functions as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification(s) preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR generalist roles and full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience in payroll management.
- Preferred experience in recruiting for construction or skilled trades.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google G Suite is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Reliable and dependable, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in business matters.
