Qualifications:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification(s) preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR generalist roles and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Preferred experience in recruiting for construction or skilled trades.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google G Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in business matters.
