Job Description:

RTG Medical-Nursing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team. As a Traveling ICU RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Alaska
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
