As a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a variety of clinical settings.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
