Building Materials Trader

We are seeking a skilled Building Materials Trader to join our team at American International Forest Products, LLC. As a Building Materials Trader, you will be responsible for buying, selling, and trading building materials, including lumber, panels, and steel products.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a consultant to suppliers and customers, providing guidance on buying and selling decisions
- Buy, sell, and trade building materials within our business model
- Grow and build relationships with suppliers and customers
- Negotiate pricing, take orders, and manage the order cycle
- Risk management and inventory management
- Organize and track business activities
- Communicate with partners, teammates, and administrative teams
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Works well in a team-oriented environment
- Basic mathematical skills
