Daily Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be on the sales floor, where you will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed their targets. By cultivating a culture of enthusiasm and positivity, you will help create a workplace that is both effective and enjoyable, resulting in satisfied customers and a fulfilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enhancement: Leverage performance metrics to provide constructive coaching and feedback to the sales team, making necessary adjustments to the store layout to achieve sales objectives. Take ownership of your results and actively contribute to the overall sales growth.
- Customer Engagement: Set a standard for delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor, including product demonstrations. Collaborate with your team to exceed daily sales targets and build a loyal customer base.
- Brand Advocacy: Inform customers about the brand's core values, including ethical practices and sustainability initiatives, through community engagement and in-store events.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance your understanding of products to provide informed recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Team Development: Mentor and train Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques and product knowledge to elevate their performance and foster team growth.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote open dialogue and actively listen to team members' perspectives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee cash handling processes, including transactions and daily reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Educate your team on inventory best practices and assist in inventory tasks to ensure product freshness and availability.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and store operations.
- Supervisory experience with a focus on coaching and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Knowledge and passion for ethical beauty and skincare.
- Flexible availability to meet store needs.
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service.
- Familiarity with sales analysis.
- Background in skincare or cosmetics.

- Proficiency in additional languages.
