As an Automotive Service Specialist, your role will include:
- Mounting, balancing, and installing tires while maintaining a strong foundation of general automotive knowledge.
- Conducting essential repairs such as fluid flushes, visual inspections, belt and hose replacements, battery testing, and other general automotive services.
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of testing equipment and machines, as well as managing waste fluids according to shop protocols.
- Working a full-time schedule of five days per week, typically including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with Sundays off and an additional day off during the week based on business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician.
- A valid driver's license with a strong driving record and the ability to operate various vehicles.
- The physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- The ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
